Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once payment is confirmed and access to the product/content is granted, no returns or refunds will be issued.

Contracts and Services

For services or digital projects delivered under contract:

• Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in advance and approved by both parties.

• Any request for cancellation before the completion of the contract will be subject to a contract termination fee, as outlined in the signed agreement.

• Partial refunds are only applicable if expressly stated in the contract.

Exceptions

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to the purchased digital product, our team will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure proper delivery.
